SUBJECT: ROADS CLOSED FOR GARRISON CHANGE OF COMMAND CEREMONY



WHO: Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) will close segments of Screaming Eagle Boulevard and Normandy Boulevard to all vehicle traffic.

WHATt: Specific road closings in support of change of command ceremony.

WHERE: Split of Normandy and Screaming Eagle Boulevards (vic Eagle monument), Michigan Ave and Normandy Boulevard, and Normandy/Screaming Eagle Boulevards at Indiana Ave intersections, all around/in vicinity of Building T-39, the Garrison Headquarters.

WHEN: 24 July 2009, from approx. 0955 hrs to approx. 1100 hrs.

WHY: In support of the Garrison Change of Command Ceremony at 1000 hrs on 24 July 2009.
